My love for photography started in college where I documented everything around me. That eventually led me to work as a photojournalist for a small newspaper, from the town I grew up in Brazil. I was exposed to many unique subjects, ranging from riding along with the police as they chased drug dealers to documenting the poverty and life of the Brazilian people.
In 2004 I moved to America and was delighted by its beauty. I couldn't help but become inspired and began capturing the amazing landscapes and in 2014, I became a mom.
This new adventure came with many changes, one of them was the focus of my photography. I gained a newfound appreciation for the small magical moments that make up our daily lives and was inspired to capture every pure moment with my son, Tyler.
Sessions can last from one to four hours and are relaxed, not forced or posed, however there will be some direction from me. My aim is to show how your family interacts with each other in your daily lives, capturing true emotions that will be treasured for generations to come.
